Due to its rapid growth, the incorporation of the company has followed in 2010 under the name SYLLA CONSEILS INC. Over the years, the company has stood out as a trusted consulting firm in the industry.
SYLLA CONSEILS INC. offers support and resources to companies wishing to market in Canada or abroad the following types of products: pharmaceuticals for human or veterinary use, Natural Health products, medical devices, and cosmetics.
It is intended both to Canadian companies wishing to develop and market products in Canada and abroad, and to foreign companies wishing to develop the Canadian market.
The company carries out, on behalf of its customers and according to their needs, different applications (advice and writing) with regulatory authorities. As regards to the Canadian market, those applications are of the following types: Product Licences for NPN (Natural Health product) or DIN (pharmaceuticals), Medical Device Licences, and Establishment or Site Licences. For the US market, applications are 510K (medical devices) and OTC (pharmaceuticals).
SYLLA CONSEILS INC. follows-up on the applications with regulatory authorities, answers their requests and verifies the labeling component.
Our company can also carry out, at the request of its customers, regulatory and policy audits to ensure that they comply with the regulations that oversee them.
